Five Pillars Community Supports is a family-owned organization built on compassion, understanding, and real-life experience.
Growing up, I was closely involved in supporting my sister, who has a disability. Being close in age, I naturally stepped into a role where I helped ensure she was included, supported, and able to enjoy life fully despite her challenges. That experience shaped how I view care — not just as a service, but as a responsibility to protect dignity, independence, and quality of life.
I also proudly took on the role of caring for my mother, a breast cancer survivor who now lives with neuropathy in both feet as a result of radiation. Supporting her has deepened my understanding of patience, resilience, and the importance of compassionate, attentive care.
That same commitment continues today. With a nephew on the autism spectrum, I understand how important it is to create environments where individuals feel included, supported, and never left out. These experiences have deeply influenced the way Five Pillars approaches care.
